Notification of Eligibility & Service

NSTS communicates eligibility for transportation and service provisions made for each child through the secure parent portal.

To sign in to the secure parent portal, a child's Ontario Education Number (OEN) and other information specific to a child is required to authenticate a user to access a specific child's transportation information. Each student is provided with an OEN that is unique to them and this number is on a child's report card. For students new to school in Ontario or to the education system, NSTS will provide a temporary user name until an OEN is available via mail or email at the address provided to your school when you registered your child.
